Coordinated by Amani Girls Organization since 2017, the SMASH Community of Practice has expanded from a local Mwanza initiative into a powerful network of over 35 member organizations. This vibrant collective spans across the Mwanza, Shinyanga, Kilimanjaro, Dar es Salaam, and Dodoma regions to improve program delivery for adolescent girls. The network specifically focuses on critical pillars such as education, gender equality, sexual and reproductive health, leadership, and child protection.

Organizations dedicated to supporting adolescent girls can join this movement by submitting a request to info@amanigirls.or.tz. Once received, applications are carefully reviewed by the SMASH membership committee to ensure alignment with the network’s mission of collective advocacy and cross-learning.
